Tina Marie Dilbeck Obituary (1968 - 2013)

Tina Marie Dilbeck 45, of Mt. Zion, passed away at 7:00 a.m., November 10, 2013, in her residence, with her family by her side. A service to celebrate Tina's life will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, November 15, 2013, at Antioch Christian Church 5409 E. Route 36, Decatur. Burial will be in Point Pleasant Cemetery, Long Creek. The family will receive friends for a time of visitation Thursday evening from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the church. Dawson & Wikoff Funeral Home, Mt. Zion is assisting the family with services. Tina was born May 25, 1968, in Decatur the daughter of Morris and Arlene (McQueen) Delbridge. She married Brett A. Dilbeck on June 2, 1990. Tina was a 1986 graduate of Mt. Zion High School where she was active in girl's softball, volleyball, and cheerleading. She is a member of Antioch Christian Church and has served as a deaconess at the church and was active in many of the youth ministries. She enjoyed scrap-booking, photography, and participating in Mt. Zion show Choirs since 2004. She formerly served as an officer of the Swingsations and had chaired many of their events. Surviving are her husband Brett of Mt. Zion; sons: Andrew Dilbeck and Trevor Dilbeck both of Mt. Zion; parents: Morris and Arlene Delbridge of Mt. Zion; sisters: Dianna Dalluge, Julie Davis and her husband Jim, and Pam Laskowski and her husband Bob all of Mt. Zion; Father and Mother-In-Law: Jerry and Carol Dilbeck of Decatur; sister-in-law: Kelly Harrison and her husband Brett of Decatur; nieces and nephews: Ronnie Dalluge and his wife Jamie, Anthony Miller, Melissa Harrison, Adrianna Laskowski, and Nathaniel Davis; great niece and great nephew: Kayla and Riley Dalluge; special canine friend: Jackson. She was preceded death by aunt and prayer warrior: Charlene McQueen. The family wished to extend their sincere gratitude to the staff of the St. Johns Oncology, Home Health, and Hospice Care and especially to her Church and Swings family and her nurse Shirley.
