Sharron K. Gundy Obituary (1944 - 2019)

Sharron K. Gundy 74, formerly of Warrensburg, IL passed away at 9:05 p.m., Sunday, March 31, 2019, in Decatur Memorial Hospital, surrounded by her family. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, April 3, 2019, in Illini Cemetery, Warrensburg, IL. Memorials may be made to Warrensburg United Methodist Church. Sharron was born on June 15, 1944, in Bloomington, IL the daughter of Lyle and Charlotte (Yates) Bragonier. She retired from Climate Control in Decatur. She was an active member of the Warrensburg United Methodist Church. Surviving are her son: Troy Gundy (Julie) of Decatur; step-daughter: Julie Bowden (Tim) of Marshfield, MO; grandson: Troy "TJ" Gundy Jr. (Rachel) of Warrensburg; step-grandchildren: Michael Gundy; special companion: Ted Shelley of Decatur; brother: Ronald Bragonier of Bloomington. Sharron was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, and one sister. The family wishes to thank Dr. Sobel and the staff of DMH 5100 for their care and compassion.
