Ray Ashcraft Obituary (1944 - 2016)

Ray Ashcraft, 71, of Decatur passed away on Sunday (Feb. 8, 2016) at Heartland Health Care Center, Decatur. Ray was born on June, 7, 1944 in Hillsboro, IL the son of Aubrey Kenneth and Gladys Pearl (Nunes) Ashcraft. He graduated from MacArthur High School, Decatur. He worked over 30 years for A.E. Staley as a laborer. He is survived by several cousins. Ray will be laid to rest with a private ceremony at Graceland Cemetery, Decatur. Dawson & Wikoff North Chapel is assisting the family with the arrangements. In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to the American Diabetes Association.
