Neal Banning II, 33, of Decatur, IL passed away on Tuesday (March 26, 2013) in his residence. A memorial service will be at a later date. Neal was born on February 16, 1980 in Decatur, IL, the son of Alan Neal Banning and Rexanna Lopez. He married Amy L. Anderson on July 18, 2011. Surviving is his wife: Amy L. Banning; parents: Alan Neal Banning and Rexanna Lopez; children: Anthony N. Banning, Carmon J. Banning, Ashley Shepherd, Gregory Shepherd Jr. and Jordan Shepherd; granddaughter: Heavenly; brother: Trinity Adkins; sister: Lacey Peveler; great grandmother: Chris "Nana" Norton; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, family and friends also survive. Neal was preceded in death by his grandparents: Gloria McGuire, Raul Lopez, William McMahon, William Banning and Mary Banning; great grandfather: Rex Curtsinger Sr; uncles: Bill Banning and Bruce Banning; stepfather: Boyd Adkins.
