Kim Michelle Warren 61, of Mt. Zion, IL passed away at 11:20 am, Monday, July 22, 2019, in St. Mary's Hospital, Decatur, IL. In keeping with Kim's wishes, cremation rites will be accorded. Kim was born January 12, 1958, in Decatur, IL the daughter of Robert and Sheila (Comerford) Wendell. She married Danny L. Warren on May 10, 1997. She retired from Kroger Grocery Store as a cashier after twenty years of service to the company. Kim had a great love for her family. Surviving are her husband: Danny of Mt. Zion; children: Shannon Spiker (fiance Kyle Merkle) of Leroy, IL, Joshua Karch (Samantha) of Decatur, and Xxaviar Warren of Mt. Zion; parents: Robert and Sheila Wendell of Mt. Zion; brothers: Mike Wendell (Kay) of Decatur and Chris Wendell (Renee) of Long Creek, sister: Debra Patterson (Bill) of Forsyth; grandchildren: Tayler Spiker, Jonathan Burns, Maci Burns, and Owen Karch. Kim was preceded in death by her grandparents.
