Jessica Nicole (Schaal) Tyson-Ragan Obituary (1990 - 2016)

Jessica Nicole (Schaal) Tyson-Ragan, 25, of Taylorville, IL passed away on Friday, October 21, 2016 at Taylorville Memorial Hospital. A memorial service will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, October 28, 2016 at Dawson & Wikoff Funeral Home, Blue Mound. The family will receive friends for a time of visitation from 4:00-7:00 p.m. on Friday. Memorial contributions may be directed to Earthmover Credit Union c/o Jessica Schaal and Holliday Marie Memorial Fund. Jessica was born on November 30, 1990 in Decatur, IL, the daughter of Paul V. Schaal and Kellie L. Shride. She attended Meridian High School and worked at Los Rancheros Mexican Restaurant. Jessica is survived by her parents: Paul V. Schaal and Kellie L. (Patrick) Shride; daughter: Holliday Marie; sister: Kayla M. Schaal; brothers: Justin and Jacob May; fiance: Nestor Lopez; grandparents: Rickie (Kay) White, Carol Tyson and Cindy Schaal; great grandfather: Earl Riddle; special people in Jessica's life: Chance (Vanessa) May; Jessica's best friend: Brittany Rivera; She also leaves many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by her great grandparents: Audrey Riddle, Billie Powell, Margie Neeley and Willis "Spec" (Mary Jane) White. Jessica has touched the lives of everyone she has ever met.
