Delores Ann "Lori" Tucker Obituary (1938 - 2015)

Delores Ann "Lori" Tucker 77, of Long Creek, IL passed away at 3:10 p.m., Thursday, October 22, 2015, in her residence. A graveside service to celebrate Lori's life will be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, October 26, 2015, in Point Pleasant Cemetery, Long Creek, with Rev. Elgin Hawthorne officiating. Dawson & Wikoff Funeral Home, Mt. Zion is assisting the family with services. Memorials may be made to the Cancer Care Specialists of Central Illinois Charitable Fund. Messages of condolence may be sent to the family at www.dawson-wikoff.com. Lori was born April 1, 1938, in Decatur, IL the daughter of Luke J. and Evelyn B. (Salisbury) Owens. She married Charles L. Tucker. He preceded her in death in February of 1983. Lori retired from Miles Chevrolet. She was affiliated with the Baptist Church. She was a loving grandma and great-grandma. Surviving are her children: Diane Lynn White of Decatur, Kathy Mae Warnick of Strasburg, and Lee R. Tucker of rural Mt. Zion; grandchildren: Amy Keeling (Tim) of Astoria, OR, John Warnick of Strasburg, Brandon Warnick (Ashlyn Riedle) of Strasburg, Alisha White of Decatur, and Heather White (Antoine Hawthorne) of Decatur; great-grandchildren: Luke, David, Allison, Hayley, Hunter, Naudia-Nicole, and Dayton. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, sister and her brother.
