Cynthia S. "Cyndi" Alleman, 54, of Mt. Zion, IL passed away on Wednesday (Nov. 21, 2012) in St. Mary's Hospital. A service to celebrate Cyndi's life will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday (Nov. 28, 2012) at Glad Tidings Assembly of God, 500 S. 27th Street, Decatur, IL. Visitation will be from 5:00-7:00 p.m. Tuesday at the church. Burial will be in Point Pleasant Cemetery, Long Creek. Dawson & Wikoff Funeral Home, Mt. Zion is assisting the family with arrangements. Memorial contributions may be directed to Decatur/Macon County Animal Shelter or Glad Tiding Assembly of God. Cyndi was born on September 8, 1958 in Watseka, IL, the daughter of Sue Marlow. She was the general manager at Team Electronics for 27 years. She attended Glad Tidings Assembly of God. First and foremost, Cyndi loved her family and cherished being a grandmother. With a compassionate, kind heart and a beautiful smile Cyndi was always willing to open her home and help anyone in need. She loved her dogs: Sampson, Remmi, Chloe, Lexxi, Muffin, Angel and Nikko. Surviving are her parents: Sue Marlow of Urbana, IL and Harold W. Marlow of Urbana, IL; son: Ryan L. Younker and his wife Sarah of Mt. Zion, IL; daughters: Brooke M. Alleman-Brill and her husband John of Decatur, IL, Brittney A. Alleman of Decatur, IL; brother: Tod J. Williamson of Champaign, IL; sister: Haven Northrop and her husband Scott of Elgin, IL; grandchildren: Rylee Younker, Tyler Younker, Peyton Brill and Paxton Brill; father of Cyndi's children: D.J. Alleman of Mt. Zion, IL; Fianc: Chris Reed and his daughter Jessica Reed of Mt. Zion, IL; natural father: Jim Williamson of Texas. Cyndi was preceded in death by her grandparents: Garrett and Marie Williamson, Ralph and Opal Croxville, Herb and Fleta Marlow.
