Janet F. Richards Obituary (1943 - 2018)

Janet F. Richards, 74, of Decatur, passed away Tuesday, August 14, 2018 at St. Mary's Hospital in Decatur. Janet was born December 28, 1943 in Jacksonville, Illinois, the daughter of Richard and Alma (Vangiesen) Eldridge. She graduated from Chatham Glenwood High School and MMC Nursing School. Janet was a psychiatric nurse with the State of Illinois retiring after thirty-five years of service. She enjoyed reading, making candles, and spending time with her grandchildren. Janet is survived by her mother Alma Rodems, children Teresa (Russell) Williams and Zachary (Amanda) Richards, brother Russell (Donna) Rodems, grandchildren Andrew Richards, Jessica Keller, Collyn Richards, Kanin Keller, Levi Keller, Cade Richards, Bradley Williams, Ethan Goff, Rya Richards, and Breslynn Richards, and great-grandchildren Leo and Ace.
